THK LM GUIDE®

The THK LM Guide® is the premier product in THK's line of linear motion guide technology and related products.

Features include:

THK LM ACTUATOR

The LM Actuator is comprised of an aluminum base combined with an LM Guide, a standardized top table, drive system, etc.

There is a broad range of options available in order to construct an assembly designed to the specifications of your individual application.

THK LM GUIDE ACTUATORS

The LM Guide Actuator is a compact actuator that has the one-piece structure of the LM Guide with highly rigid U-shaped outer rails on both sides of the inner block and the Ball Screw in the center. Ball trains are arranged to bear an equal rated load in all four directions. The unit provides high rigidity and excellent accuracy and requires minimal installation space.

THK ACTUATOR

Various configurations using THK linear guid products are available.
- Low Price Actuator VLA has a simple design and control method providing durability and ease of maintenance. This product is environmentally friendly and energy efficient
- Rod Actuator CRES is a compact, streamlined design with all components concealed in a rigid, splash-proof, IP55 rated construction.

THK BALL SCREW

The THK Ball Screw is a high-efficiency feed screw with the ball making a rolling motion between the screw axis and the nut.
Features include:
- driving torque is one-third that of a sliding screw
- precision maching to ensure high accuracy
- accurate inching (no stick slip)
- high rigidity without backlash
- fast feed due to high efficiency and low heat

THK CROSS-ROLLER RING

The THK Cross-Roller Ring is a roller bearing designed to bear loads in all directions, including radial, axial and moment loads.
Features include:
- high rotation accuracy
- inner and outer rings made not to separate
- no skewing due to space retainers
- high load carrying capability due to increased roller effective length
- improved rigidity (three to four times that of other designs)

THK SLIDE PACK LINEAR GUIDE

The THK Slide Pack Linear Motion System is an inexpensive linear guide configured with a press-formed slider and roll-formed rails.  It provides lightweight, compact and supple linear motion.  Features include:
- low cost and interchangeability among products
- unlimited stroke length with dedicated rails

- simple assembly and handling
- contamination protection seals available
