Camozzi Pneumatics
Camozzi Pneumatics
is a European manufacturer of pneumatic components headquartered in
Italy with manufacturing and warehousing in the United States. Camozzi
manufactures metric air cylinders that conform to DIN/ISO Standards.
This allows for direct dimensional interchangeability with other
European cylinders (Festo®, Bosch®, and Mecman®).
Camozzi also manufactures rodless
air cylinders and stocks repair kits. These
rodless cylinders and kits are directly interchangeable with some other
manufacturers' products such as PHD®.
Camozzi stocks over $2 million
worth of nickel plated brass push-to-connect air fittings in NPT sizes
as well as approximately $1 million in metric fittings
(BSPP and BSPT threads).

Super-Rapid Fittings
 Super-Rapid fittings are available
in 23 different models. Connection and disconnection of the tube can be
repeated several times and can be performed without tools. The sealing
o-ring can easily be replaced if it is damaged.

Pro-Fit Fittings
 The Original Camozzi design - 100%
All-metal, nickel-plated brass gives equipment that stainless steel
look while eliminating the danger of broken plastic pieces. Full I.D.
tube flow is always maintained for maximum Cv ratings and quick cycle
times. "Push-in" and lock the tube quickly and effortlessly.
Low Profile Fit -
New Pro-Fit fittings offer the lowest profile fit for tight places.
Their unique design eliminates all exposed threads making them ideal
for food processing and hygienic applications.
Fast Installation - Assembly is fast due to
the lack of thread preparation often necessary with other brands. The
shortened thread makes for Super-rapid installations. Just a few turns
and the fitting is secure.
Perfect Seal - A captured teflon ring seated
around the base of the hex shoulder makes for a perfect, reusable (SAE-type)
seal every time. There's no risk of contaminating pneumatic components
susceptible to loose particles typical of conventional thread sealants.
